The sisters presented a decent concert and kept it very simple. The renditions of the songs were very good. The shanmukhapriya raga alapana by Smt. Neela Jayakumar was really good. She started off by almost playing “sidhi vinAyakam anisham” and went on to give a very good delineation of the raga.

  1. sathursisters(Bhuvana) says:

Ayiram Ayiram is a composition of smt.Neela Ramamurthi.
She is the eldest D/O sri.Papanasam sivan.
MLV has sung it in a film.I came to know this thru Mrs.Prabavathi, a direct disciple of MLV.
