Hi,
I am Ram and this blog is primarily about my ISB and post-ISB life and about Carnatic music which is my passion. Prospective ISB applicants and other visitors can get to know a bit more about Life@ISB from the posts made under the category “ISB”. The posts made about Carnatic Music concerts contain song lists and some details of what I enjoyed in such concerts. They are not written with an intention of reviewing the concerts.
The older version of my blog is at http://ramsabode.blogspot.com. All the posts made there are also available here.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
Ram

Prabir – I was looking about Dr. Bhuwan Agrawal’s and got redirected to Ram’s blog. I know the person Ram is talking about in his blog. He is master in his subjects and I think he worked with IBM for long time in US. I have not met with many people like him in my professional career of 11 years. He did techning for sometime in my MCA school in Bhimtal, Nainital. If it’s same, you can connect to me through Ram and I should be able to help you to get his e-mail id.

this is one of the blog sites that got me into reading blogs aND RESPECTING THE IDEA OF BLOGGING.does inspire me to start a blog of my own too.
keep up the good work.(not only the blogging but the multi tasking as well).
Thanks Boshu for your kind words. Do let me know your blog’s link as and when you start writing.
I have just started and it is in its infantile stage.
I want to know how you made yours look the way it does!
I didn’t do much. WordPress provides standard templates. I just used one of them. The only thing in the template that I made by myself is the picture in the header section. All other customizations can be done using what WordPress provides.
my blog can be found on http://boshu.wordpress.com/. as I said it is still in its infantile stage. I would appreciate comments anyway.
Dear Ram:
Could you give me contact information to obtain CD or Dvd-s of Cleveland and Chicago live concerts?
Rama Krishna Sastry
Unfortunately I don’t. Will let you know in case I come across any info on the same.
Regards,
Ram
Hi Ram,
Really interesting. Never knew such avid ‘carnatic’ bloggers existed.

Ram:
Great blog. I am settled in the US and I was looking for a way to get all the concerts in Chennai when I am here in December (hopefully).
I was looking for a “small book” which has the “season” concert schedule and is published sometime late in the year. Anyway, I stopped looking once I found your blog. Great blog I must say. Keep up the good work.
Hope to run into you sometime at some kutchery though I can’t imagine how and I won’t.
Regards,
Sthan
Thanks Valli and Sthan
Hello Ram,
Your blog makes an interesting reading…..I came across your blog while searching for a travel experience of Ahobilam…. you did a very good job on that…thanks for all the inputs….Keep blogging.
Best regards,
Srini
Thanks Srini!
Hello Ram, I am an ardant lover of Carnatic Music although I am not a musician. I am working for RailTel Corporation of India Limited at Bangalore as Manager (Key Account – Carrier & IP-2 Services). However I have a desire to do something on my own and conceptualised some Business idea (still in its budding stage of course). I gave a start to my Concept Business by way of getting manufactured the idols and statues of Saint Musicians from Indian Classical Music – both Carnatic and Hindustani, total numbering approximately 200 personalities right from Narada, Tumbura, Swararajanuta, Tyagaraja, Tukaram, Jayadeva etc. etc. etc. I got the dies and moulds of all those Saint Musicians. I am only thinking how to start as the volume of business is exclusive and in large scale and hence if started once, then it should be taken forward with all precision standards and deligency. I desire to introduce all the range of idols in different sizes (12 inch to 2 ft height) in porcilin importantly and also with paper machie, POP, rexin, marble and many more….
Can you help me out in suggesting any right person who would be interested to carry forward this gigantic task?
With regards,
Musically,

Hi Ram,
Is this the blog of the violin accomapnist Sri Ram Kumar?
Sorry I just noticed it was percussionist Ram
Thanks.
hi ,
Your blog is really interesting and informative. keep up the good job
Thanks PRG!
Hi Ram
It was really interesting to go through your travelogue on Le Auroville resort. I was trying to get some information about the place and I finally landed on your blog. Also noticed, that you are an ardent follower of carnatic music. Keep the good job going. If you are likely to be in chennai, during November, please do cover Bharat Sangeet Utsav of Carnatica.Com. They really do stage some leading Hindustani musicians programme, Which can enlighten many North Indians in Chennai. This is a humble suggestion, because I find people from different walks of life visit your blog.
